I was given a stale cake and the staff attitude is appalling she took more money from my account instead of giving a refund once I tapped my card

Horrible place, only rude older people throwing food and wrappers on the floor, treating the service badly and being very noisy, it was impossible to work there. The food was decent but expensive and the baristas, an Indian girl and an Italian guy, were very attentive and polite.
