They are thieves. My bracelet fell off in the store and someone on staff took it up. I asked them to show me camera footage so I could see if someone took it and walked away. The manager told me that I should let it go cause if I loose something valuable I shouldn't expect to get it back.

5 stars because the prices are really reasonable. Got a lovely Oliver Bonas dress for only £8. They have bric a brac as well which I always like in a charity shop. Definitely worth a visit.

61 year old woman carried a really heavy bag of stuff here to donate and was gruffly told 'not taking donations right now' without any kind of sympathy or suggestions for alternative place to donate.
