I was visiting London from the US and I gotta say that Sofia from the Brixton branch saved my life! I didn’t really know how to navigate so I’m truly grateful. Sofia was polite, kind and went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much Sofia!!

I went yesterday morning to return a watch that I bought the day before, which obviously worked, and the manager on duty (woman With white/yellish hair in her sixthees )was very rude and aggressive to me, and blamed me because according to her the case was broken, of course it wasn't SoThis has been the worst customer service... read full comment

Earlier in the evening I had shopped at M&S, Hotel Chocolat and Boots in Victoria station, but it was the staff in Argos in Brixton who were the most helpful, professional and friendly! Well done! You were excellent
