The Novotel London Brentford is a 4 star hotel but do not compare this to hotels in the rest of Europe. Spacious. Clean. Atleast in my room.With my sister' s room. They have molds in the bathroom. It was walking distance to the bus station. They run out of maps when we asked for it. The staff here were absolutely amazing.
