I went to the post office for passport application. The application was ok. I rang back and ask a few questions the next day with some questions, the person who replies was rude to me and did not provide me with any help

I am now using this post office more than a month, they are rude, unprofessional and not polite! The old man with glasses very unhelpful, he doesn’t treat people same way! This is the nearest post office!!! But with all this complaining they should do something! They must have a good customer services!!! I found racism...
