Didn't have the Oreo crushem so replaced it with an orange juice. I don't think KFC have ever had the crushems but they're always on the menu, this needs to be fixed now.

Did a mobile order, they served all the customers and then asked what would I like. I told them order number and I was handed a cold bag. She didn't hesitate to say the order number for us to come to the counter. Working incredibly slow, waited 20min for cold "fast" food.

Do not do deals and give customers cold chicken!! Especially when staff dont care when you do say something. I have had enough of this place and as a local i am never stepping foot in this store or any other kfc.
