Really unhappy with this store.Placed an order online to be collected at this store and was told at 5pm when I called customer service that they processed the order and had it in store but no one has bothered to tell me I can collect it today even though I chose click n collect same day.Tried to call the store over 25x... read full comment

JD Sports in general lack of customer support. Update: I went today after 2 years and things haven't improved. The staff is not interested at all.

I went to the store this morning but stuff is soo rude when I asked for a size & introvert.They doesn't know how to serve customers.Really annoying.
