Overall, I had a great experience at the Apple store at Brent Cross and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for IPhone repair. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks very much and I really appreciate your service again.

Not what it used to be. I feel like Apple is slowly taking its hands off the retail segment and the quality of service in a real store is decreasing.
