Very stale food items to the extent that they have completely hardened. Was not offered alternatives or a refund.

Just popped in to get a cup of hot Americano. The staff Darren is really nice and helped me a lot. You know it’s a challenge for us foreigners to calculate the coins. But dear Darren helped me do that and made me a good Americano as well! Thanks for Darren again! Strongly recommend this Starbucks!
