Very concerned about the level of service, and specially when it comes to prescribed medication. The staff are very helpful.

As I entered the staff member shouted from the back “how can i help you” expecting me to shout back and tell everyone in the pharmacy why i was there. I just stood and looked at him in shock at how unprofessional that was. Some people will go for really personal matters and prefer not to shout across the chemist.
