This has to be the most gloomy, drab Waitrose in existence. Outside the paint is peeling off the building. The carpark has litter, trolleys left outside aren't particularly clean. Inside it's uninviting and dismal with limited range. The self service tills are so old they fail to operate. What a depressing, expensive, shopping... read full comment
