Good service, but difficult to park & limited opening.

Changed hours to 8am-10am! I went there at 11am as website hours still say 12pm ☹ 2 hours a day, is it worth it?

Only open for two hours a day and the customer counter is never staffed.What is the point in having a bell for customers to ring if it's totally ignored by your employees?Royal Mail are losing millions of £s annually and with customer "service" like this, it's no wonder.
