Please be aware that they currently do not accept parcels from DHL for collection. I am currently in contact with DHL to have their collection point status removed, as they are still indicating a willingness to accept parcels. The staff of this establishment are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to talk to people.

If I could rate 0 I would! How can you have a collect+ shop that refuses to accept parcels?!? If you can’t collect parcels because the shops too small then don’t offer it as a service! I used to shop in here but never again!
