This is my local and I love this store as it has a good range but the manager and some staff are so rude. They’ve stopped giving people their money back and force you to buy something in exchange or you face losing your money. Always a long queue. They have 4 tills but apparently 2 don't work and the other 2 are constantly crashing. But I can't even blame the tills for why they are so slow I have to blame this one worker with very dark hair who just loves a good old chat with every customer it is very annoying I was in th queue for 20 minutes... read full comment
