Appointment on time. Josephine was excellent throughout my appointment, explaining all tests and procedures, very professional. Staff helped with my new frames and gave really good advice but only when this advice was requested. The whole experience was a pleasure. thank you

What a great service I received from Jasmine at Linklaters. I visited them as they are part of the NHS MEC's scheme, and they were happy to investigate my iritis problem. Friendly and helpful staff. All examinations explained. Showed l was developing AMD. Referral to hospital as urgent, appointment within two weeks.
