We brought them an app during lockdown 2 years ago that was an investment scam and they endorsed it to us losing us £29k and now are still trying to avoid paying us back just couldnt get much worse !.

Went in to pay in a cheque for a vehicle tax refund. Directed to a machine that didn’t work three times! Huge queue for ‘assistance’ stretching into the street and one harassed man trying and failing to help.Gave up and went to Nationwide and got the job done in two minutes.Pitiful!

⚠️ I was a victim of fraud by getting my card skimmed by a Tesco’s cash point that took £500 straight out of my account in the matter of minutes after my card got chewed up.
