A bakery staff shouted at me “I’m not allowed to take a bag of donut from the inner section” when I simply grabbed one from the top of piles of bags.. I’ve seen him doing the same a couple of times . I feel it is so disrespectful to customers.

This is one of the friendliest and most helpful staff Sainsbury's I've been in and I've been in many. Staff are present, always stacking the shelves and happy to assist. When you are elderly or have a stroller, you can't always juggle everything, but staff and management have always been supportive with a smile.
