Useless company hope they vanish not delivering letters and parcels on time despite the strikes going on shameful

So the same guy that delivers in my areas has on multiple occasions skipped delivering to me. He always puts it down as "attempted delivery-no answer" I ALWAYS make sure I'm home when due a delivery from them. There was no attempt and no card left.
