They won’t give me my money. Keep saying giro will be ready in a few days. It’s now been 3 weeks. They lie all the time. No customer service. I will now write to ombudsman

Worst place for opening a bank account in the UK. It is impossible to talk to a manager. They don't care about their customers at all.
