Kind people, efficient and very knowledgeable. I don't know why others are moaning, they're always lovely to me when I go in to get my prescriptions

Unwilling to help patient dispense a new prescription. They blame the inefficiencies of a 111 system that isn’t the patients fault. Something needs to change and I hope this review helps the pharmacy make this change. Communication with care is crucial..and this pharmacy lacks this.
