I went to the post office to post an item. I specifically said to the woman “I need to send this”. She asked me what’s in the box I said clothing, she asked me what’s the value i said £200. Don't know what they're doing. Guy behind the counter got my returns label mixed up and clearly didn't know what he was doing. Woman working next to him started getting defensive and had the cheek to start shouting at me! Saying next time sort out your labels. Worst post office on earth. Staff are always trying to rip me off with the highest postage prices. I feel sorry for the people who know no better and fall for it.
