They say young generations are killing post offices. Opening hours that only suit housewives and the retired are probably the real reason. Unhelpful staff and insane queues might be another. Two counters with two staff but only one of them serving. Haven't had better experiences at London Bridge either sadly.

The level of professionalism is very very low. The post office staff is terribly unhelpful. These people need to be trained again. They have cero manners and not knowledge at all. It is always a no from them for anything that you ask. Terrible service at all times every single time I visit this place is always a disappointment.
