Popped into your shop in Tooley Street, asked for a pair of shoes in size seven. Your salesman gave me very poor service saying I have to order in that size, couldn't even be bothered to look for a pair for me. Will never return

The staff are fantastic and helped me with my needs. Very helpful in the regards of I'm not great at picking matching outfits but they helped me match a full outfit, while they had a large delivery they were very friendly.
