Normally rate Nero over the other chains. But the combination of no toilet in this branch and also no cups that aren’t takeaway cups.
The latter I really hate as never sure if they’re actually recyclable or not and never tastes quite the same

Nice coffee fast service. I had to take out 1* because no toilet is available, which may be inconvenient if you want to enjoy sitting with your coffee for a bit longer.
