Possibly the worst experience to date in a BK store. Paid for a meal using the virtual kiosks and this is where the dilemma starts;
After around 10 seconds the payment is taken from my account (confirmed on bank statement). The kiosk then decides to crash on me and reset. This meant that I didn’t receive an... read full comment
