Spoke with Richard who kindly assist me in depositing my cash to my account. Since I forgot to bring my card he guided me to line up and get it sorted in the counter. Took me less than 15mins for the whole process. Did it on a Monday at 2pm. They are open only on weekdays until 3pm. Service was great despite the bad reviews... read full comment

Arrived at opening time, already a 2 hour long que and only 1 out of 5 people working in personal banking. No privacy with consultant as door open and everyone listening to one another's banking issues. No one controlling line or updating on waiting times. No sense of urgency trying to assist customers.

Horrible bank! Dreadful customer service. ATM did not dispense the correct amount and I received no decent assistance. Worse bank I have ever been to.
