Visited store to request if we could pay to have some wood cut. Was told only wood bought in store could be cut!! So we took our business across the road to Selco who were more than happy to cut the wood and for free. Selco staff were more professional as well. We waited ages for a member of staff to become available and then asked them to show us the range of bushes. They took us to the decking section and then seemed confused about what a bush is. When we said shrub we just got a shrug so we gave up and went to find the sorry selection ourselves. We realised our mistake and... read full comment
