The pharmacy staff at Superdrug in Catford are some of the most helpful people I have ever encountered. I was in a bit of a bind and they really went above and beyond.

As the other reviews indicate, the pharmacy staff is really rude and unprofessional. Seemed nice when I went in. Only entered for a single product which was displayed as a label with a card saying take to till. Queued patiently at till. Served eventually only to be directed to the pharmacy countered.Another long wait later and the counter told me they were sold out! If this is 'Superdrug' I shudder to think... read full comment
