I had an older man serve me at the post office and he was incredibly rude and impatient. He made me feel very belittled and upset. I will be avoiding this post office and shop from now on, which is a shame. Service has really let down what could be a lovely local shop.

Called to check that they can do me an international driving permit and he screamed down the phone at me about not having paperwork. He said I have annoyed him because he had to answer the phone when he is very busy. Shocking.
