I booked a repair on February 16th . When I turned up at Halfords they said 'there was no booking' They didn't apologise for the mistake so I left. Today 22nd of February, I received a text to say my car was booked in for the 23rd. I had to phone and cancel a booking I hadn't made . It was a mistake again on their part....
