Genuinely useless! Always understaffed on desk and they are so unhelpful. They have no understanding of what they are selling. If their computer doesn't say it, they haven't a clue. They mostly have consumables and some tools. Not actually car parts. At least I never found anything here for my car. Just oils, filters, wiper blades, belts, some common tools etc... But car parts like piston rings, oil filter housing, plastic car parts of any kind, fuel pump, headgasket or injectors, stuff like that...... read full comment
