There is a lady who serves with others behind the counter. Frankly, she is a little funny, and NOT comedian funny. She wears glasses and her hair is slightly dyed a bleached white-blonde colour and tied up, I think one other general assistant wears glasses also, another female, but she is younger. Met up with a friend and had a great hot chocolate with marshmallows on top. I was surprised to find that I could charge my phone there too. All plug sockets are USB portable friendly. Not a very big place but the arm-chairs make it so cozy...living-room experience.
