Disgusting attitude from staff. The young girl behind the till was extremely rude and unprofessional, I ended up having to ask for her colleague/supervisor to serve me instead. Absolutely shocking behaviour. First and last time visiting this branch.

Conveniently located with a good selection of cards and gifts for various occasions. Some of the staff were not very helpful, but most things are labelled so one can usually find what's needed if no help is available. It would be good to have additional staff tidying the displays as quite a few cards were in the wrong location... read full comment
