Shame on this bank! Customer service is not in their vocabulary. My ATM card was stolen in the philippines. Wanting to get a card replacement, the local branch in the philippines stupidly advised me to go to the London branch (as i live in UK) coz "they would help me" replace the card (LIES!!!). Breathtakingly bureaucratic and inefficient and expensive. Cannot wait for Revolut or another fintech to teach PNB a lesson on customer service
