Products are ok but delivery service in Canada is dreadful and I had an awful experience with the delivery.MW, you better change your delivery service provider in Canada known as Purolator. It’s costing you customers!

Head office were amazing. Very unhappy with the Bridgend Outlet Store , Would not help with my price query. I rang head office who sorted out my problem immediately. Thank you so much x

The products are great but the delivery service is dreadful. Evri ? Hermes are the same delivery company and they are hopeless. After having 3 notifications they still have not arrived with my parcel. When I ring I am told this is a common complaint but nothing is ever done to change the courier??
