Retail customer services, absolutely useless even the manager could not apply common sense. After over 30 years of shopping at M&S this will now end. I haven't been to the store in a very long time and I love the new store layout. I have always come to store this for my bra fitting without foul . I was very really please my bra fitting by Kimberley the manager and she did a fantastic job explaining everything in detail. This has to be the best bra fitting experience... read full comment
