Have to say, very disappointed. Spent £90 on a week's groceries there today, and couldn't even get a sturdy plastic bag, just flimsy paper ones. A very well-stocked, clean supermarket. Here you can really find EVERYTHING your heart desires. It's always an experience to go shopping at M&S - it's definitely a must for me in London. There are a lot of self-scan checkouts - so no waiting times. Top.

Stopped outside of store by two employees who suspected I had stolen a bottle of orange. Tried to explain to them that a member of staff in the self service area had given me permission to swap a faulty bottle I had just purchased with a new one.
