Came for the first time ever to pick up a hot chocolate and sabian came and sorted me out nicely and left me with a smile on my face with his great customer service! Thank you again!

Generally good but a shame cognac flavour has been discontinued from the boozy/tipsy range Please please please ? would you reconsider this decision and reinstate this product

The staff are more than helpful and knowledgeable about the requirements needed for any given occasion, and the variety of choices for drinks and chocolate are extensive and worth the price that they are set to!!
