Food was pretty good, although as this was my first Gregg's experience, I have no baseline. Service was decent but the store doesn't follow the opening time! They only finally opened the doors around 10-15 mins after the posted opening time that was displayed on the store itself, causing a moderately long queue outside...

Pret refused to give me tap water which I'm pretty sure is illegal. The Greggs in this bus station there is both cheaper and met the bare standards of providing tap water, many thanks to Greggs ?
