Just don't use their services. They are quite honestly just really bad with money. Especially the front office staff. Your money is better off in any bank other than ENBD.

Poor customer service. As a resident in Uk, service is appalling and I have never been treated like this before. They don’t care once they got your money. Transfer process lack transparency.
