Nice clean coffee shop. Hot chocolate is lovely. Not keen on paninis but cakes looked good.

Unfortunately my experience was finish before start. While i do know that all Neros accept blue light card discounts i get told that the do Not accept bluelight on there store. Ordered a Tiramisu latte to go. The lady who was not making my order, wanted to help out her college she dropped the biscuit in my coffee, then put the lid on.
