So brought the wrong butter today , salted instead on unsalted.So rang Waitrose customers services spoke to a nice fella, who told me "No problem , just take your receipt and exchange" so i don't live near beckenham , so walked to the store some 30 mins.And guess what!! Usually a good shopping experience (5 star) but today the store was very cold could the heating be increased please? My nose was cold not what you want to experience inside a shop!
