Ridiculous opening hours. I echo the reviews below in that the only helpful member of staff is the tall gentleman, the rest of the team are pretty much useless.

I'm only giving five stars because of Richard (Tall gentleman) otherwise it would be a 1 star. You could tell the other member of staff didn't want to help me and asked me to call NatWest when I was in a NatWest bank, ludicrous. Richard then come sorted the problem.
