Will be making a formal complaint regarding my experience getting a takeaway in store this evening. Absolutely shambolic service from staff and a couldn't care less attitude. Also lies and rudeness. I'm shocked.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Received the wrong order. When we called to see what ask about the mistake the employee was rude and ended the call when we asked to speak to manager
