Had an appointment today for this afternoon, but due to an emergency situation, I popped in first thing this morning..can't praise them enough..Lynne and receptionist accommodated me swiftly, dealt with my situation and I had an expresso to calm my nerves. Thank you so much All.

Only popped in for some non-prescription sunglasses, they had a good range of shapes and styles, although nothing under £100ish.Katherine was very cheerful and helpful, and also put up with my dad jokes admirably while helping me pick out a shape that suited me, since I had no clue.

I was treated with absolute professionalism by the optometrist, Elaine Brooks, who used one word that made the difference from all previous eye tests I have had and that word was, “comfortably”. As in, “which is the lowest line of the chart that you can comfortably read?” This made the world of difference to me...
