Very good store. Large selection of products, varied assortment. There are discounts, which is very nice. Keep it up!!!

They never answer the phone. Been trying to call since 4.30pm. Not answered once. Store will be quiet, it always is. They promise to come back to you about complaints. They never do. Their motto is IGNORE TBE CUSTOMER AND THE COMPLAINT WILL DISAPPEAR. Poor management in this store. Waitrose might as well close it down... read full comment
