Unfortunately, Waitrose is losing a lot of its appeal. The only cash counter(lottery+cigarettes) was closed today. All the check-outs are card only. Come on! Even Aldi is installing more cash check-outs.

Used to be my go-to supermarket in the area after getting my bike stolen at Aldi's up the road a few weeks ago. Been coming here for months with my bicycle without any problems. The price on the shelf and at the check out can be different. Empty shelves are annoying, especially at the weekend. Waitrose customers can get free coffee, but not at the Edgware road store.
