The staff who work here are lovely and I've never had bad service.

It's quite small, but it's very cozy. And a little bit about all the Starbucks, to go and have your favorite drink and be able to drink it. And the “Pumpkin Marble Loaf Cake”

4 people on morning shift, chatting to each other, not paying attention to customers. We all had to wait for coffee for at least 10 min (it was just opening time, no peak busy time).
