Absolutely appalled by the customer service I received on Saturday. Was browsing the store and was getting followed by the Security guard all around the store which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed in the store. I bought a tube of toothpaste from @bootsthechemist in Paddington station and realised that it is feels very light.
