Total waste of time. We had a leak in our bathroom and contacted Wickes to design and redo it. Nadir came to measure up our bathroom, he arrived an hour earlier than agreed. No wonder they only score 2.7 - appalling customer service from both Wickes and XDP (their delivery people). No one answers the phone and the XDP app doesn't work. Stuck at home all day waiting for non-arrival.
