I visited this store in to get a refund/exchange a scarf that I felt had been multing excessively.As I no longer had the receipt an exchange was offered without any issue.I was very happy with the level of service I received.Thank you.

Michelle pierced my daughter’s ears for the first time. She was absolutely wonderful - it was a really lovely positive experience and my little one is super pleased to be a big girl with sparkly earrings! Thank you so much to all of you!

Some staff not helpful. It’s a shame when they start to act like you are doing them a favour by buying from the shop
