I just went to this bank I kindly asked how to change a check and they pointed me to a machine,I didn't know how to use it and I asked for help but it was repeated to go in the machine, at that moment it was just me and despite everything I was not helped! Terrible experience I left without having changed my check

Only bank branch in Clapham Junction that opens at 09:30 instead of 09:00 as the other banks do. On top of that, they have no physical counter so you can't withdraw money. ??
